We in Salzarra love fairytales. But this is known by everybody who has touched to our fairytale at least once. And most of all, we love real stories that look like fairytale. And we would like to share such a story, created by a small girl with incredible talent, big dreams and inexhaustible enthusiasm.

Zheni Krincheva comes from Sofia, she is 7 years-old and is devoted to music. She plays piano and guitar and is part of the Children's vocal and theatrical studio "Monsters", headed by Dimitar Kostantsaliev. The good fairy for Zheni, in fact is a good magician – the composer Shterion Pilidov, who found her for singing and writes author's songs for her. This is how her fairytale started because with these songs, Zheni succeeded in winning prize places in almost all musical competitions for children and thanks to her performance of the song "Moth" – text by Victor Samuilov, music and arrangement by Shterion Pilidov, she won first place of the European festival of children's song "Golden Spark" 2016.

Zheni is really one small "monster" – with mischievous eyes and charming smile. She loves mountains and sea, skiing and swimming and any type of games. She feels happy when she sings and this can be seen in her performances, full of temper and artistry. And on top of that, Zheni is a girl with taste of fashion, with original, irregular and joyful style which wonderfully complements the texts of her songs. And how we know that? Well, this small lady, with an eye of a connoisseur, on several occasions, choses Salzarra models, which seem like been created especially for her – playful and joyful. And we believe that our outfits will help Zheni feel in a fairytale, that they will make her happy in order she to be able to give joy to all the people around her.

Even the most beautiful dress will loose plenty of its glamour if not presented in the appropriate “environment”. We are talking not only about shoes and bag but also about accessories and of course, about the hair style. Because the well formed and beautifully ordered hair is the most natural finish of each outfit.

We, from Salzarra, wanted to present our models in the best light possible so for our last photo-shooting, we placed our trust to the stylists of Studio “Meto” who took care for out little models and made them look like the models of a magazine cover. The hairstyles, made by Rali from Studio “Meto” were not only beautiful and spectacular. They were consistent with the age of our little charming models, the dresses they were wearing and their accessories.

There were gentle romantic curls like Cinderella’s, a joyful plaits were made for the little ruffians,elegant buns for the real small ladies were moving around. And everything was made with real craftsmanship, swiftness and limitless fantasy and very little tears. Studio “Meto” took care, through their hairstyles, to show the entire beauty both of the kids and the outfits. The flowers, tiaras and headbands fitted perfectly in the glamour of our SPRING-SUMMER collection and all of that, together with our smiling sweet-hearts, created the feeling of the magic ball organized not in a castle but at the sea side.

The SPRING-SUMMER COLLECTION 2016 was especially planned and designed to tell a fairytale – a fairytale about how each small girl can become a real princess. So we wanted to choose a location that has the fairy atmosphere, is touched by the aroma of sea, romance and exotics. And we found that location in INTERNATIONAL Hotel Casino & Tower Suites in “Golden sands” complex.

You can imagine how a photo shooting session goes, where the main characterless are about twentybeautiful, charming, sweet and naughty kids, aged between one and ten years. Each idea about peace and quietness should be cast away and completely forgotten. But our great hosts were not scared by the attack of the overexcited children and their parents who were also full of enthusiasm. We were welcomed by our kind hosts and were were taken to the gorgeous Skyfall Infinity Рool Bar & Food where our small models felt like in a fairytale. The view to the sea is breathtaking and the area itself is organized in such a way that it is cozy, romantic, exotic and inviting.

Of course, in our case, were we thinking of no rest, because, first, we had to catch the kids that wanted immediately to jump in the infinite pool. The mothers were enviously looking at the soft and comfortable lounge chairs which they had the chance to lie in at the end of this joyful day.

Of course, we had some small incidents, related to crying, stubbornness, some caprice and plenty of chasing around the palms and the pool. In the beginning, we had difficulties in convincing some of the beautiful small ladies to put on the dresses prepared for them. But at the end, it was even harder to make them take the dresses off. It was a wonderful experience for the children and the mothers who saw how their sweet-hearts turned from bare-footed naughties into gorgeous creatures, dressed in lace, tulle and chiffon, with beautiful tiaras, ribbons and flowers in the hair.

The charming beauties walked around the pool, sat in style and elegance in the white lounge-chairs and in the next moment, they were turning in monkeys, trying to climb the palms.

And it was happening over and over again, almost till sunset. At the end of this emotional day, our heroes were tired but full of good mood and wonderful impressions. Negotiations were taking place, different plots were presented, all related to the wish to return to the wonderful Skyfall Infinity Рool Bar & Food but without photo-shooting and with no kids. And the mothers and the organizers were ready, right away, to take advantage of the SPA center of hotel International. For sure, some other time…

Do you believe in fairy-tales? Nobody is so old as to give away the opportunity to become, even for a short period of time, part of the fairy world that was created by his/her imagination as a child. We, from Salzarra lived our fairy adventure last summer in the Castle “In love with the wind” inRavadinovo in Bulgaria. Here, at 2 kilometers away from Sozopol, one man has fulfilled his childhood dream by building the only castle from the Middle-ages in Bulgaria and this castle resebles the castles from the fairy-tales of Charles Perrault and Brothers Grimm. 20,000 tons of stones, manually dug from Strandja mountain, are used for this unique construction. Maybe this is the reason why the castle changes its color – in the morning, during the sunrise, it is shining in pink hue, during the day, it is bright white and during the nights of full moon, it is surrounded in silver star shine.

The time just stops in that castle. We touched this world of fantasies and dreams last summer while we made one of our photo shootings. We wanted our little model to feel like a real princess. And it was absolutely achievable. In the beautiful garden, where peacocks are having free walks, among the various flowers and wonderful sculptures, bridges and staircases it is very easy to feel like Alice in wonderland, to see how Rapunzel is lowering her long plait from the top the high ivied tower, or to imagine how Cinderella is getting ready for the ball. And next to the lake, you can watch the wonderful swan dance of the white and black swans, which are not afraid to get close to you or you can sink in liliac dreams. And if you want a real adventure, you can climb the silver spiral of the stairs in the high towers, touching the skies.

Maybe you are going to hear different options about this unusual architectural creation that is unique for Bulgaria No matter what you hear, it is the best to see it for yourself.

It is clear to everybody that we adore our children and we would do anything in order to see thatwonderful angel’s smile on their faces.

And what makes them smile without any effort? Pleasant surprises and of course, cakes.

So, there is nothing better than a quick recipe that you can make together with your sweet kids.

And when the surprise is ready make a wild party because the aroma of the coffee and the exotic tea, and the sinfully sweet hot chocolate are wonderfully completed by something sweet.

We would like to offer you to pleasantly surprise your little sweet-heart, and why not your match as well, with a wonderful chocolate muffins with fluid filling.

We would like to share with you one wonderful recipe.

Ingredients
3 eggs
100 g butter
200 g dark chocolate – 60%
50 g. sugar
¼ tea spoon salt
60 g white flour

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Brake the chocolate, cut the butter in cubes and melt in double-boiler while constantly stirring. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, remove from heat and leave it to cool for a little bit.
Beat the eggs and sugar until a foam is formed. Slowly add the chocolate mix, the screened flour and the salt. Constantly stir until a uniform mix is achieved.
Pour the mix in muffin forms, coated with butter and bake for 7-10 mins.

Serve the muffins warm and you can decorate them with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.

When we hear about synthetic fabrics, the first one that most of us recall is the polyester. This fabric has the following advantages – it is not prone to creases, the color of the garment is maintained longer and is extremely lasting. These three main qualities of the polyester make it the fabric of choice in the production of kids clothing. One of its most widely known characteristics is the fact that it easily charges with static electricity.
The next fabric in the same group is the acryl, which is one of the main imitators of the natural wool. The acryl is soft and light but is not very warm. This fabric is known for its color preservation, compared to all other man-made or natural fabrics. Like the polyester, this fabric also charges with static electricity quite easily.
One of the first synthetic replacements of the silk is the nylon. It is very rarely used as a fabric for clothing production and in kids fashion it is completely absent. But you can see it used in kids toys, tents etc.
The most shiny synthetic fabric is the elastane. This fabric is commonly seen under the name of lycra (which, in fact is a trade mark, that became common name for the fabric). The elastane is widely used in kids fashion due to its elasticity and shininess. It is commonly used in the production of sports garments, leggings, bathing suits, but also in designer models of dresses, skirts etc.
After these series of publications related to the usage of natural, man-made and synthetic fabrics in kids fashion, maybe a lot of you are asking themselves: Which is the best fabric for my child? The truth is that each fabric has its advantages and disadvantages and this is one of the reasons why in clothing production you commonly will see a combination of the three types of fabrics and the idea of the manufacturer is to get the best of all three of them. So if the clothes of your child are not made of 100% wool or 100% cotton this should not be of any concern to you. And remember when you choose clothes for your small child or baby, always read the labels with instructions for storage and maintenance of the garment selected by you!

Together with the cotton, the most well known fabric to the humanity is the wool and the warmest fabrics are made of it. It is good to know that when your are selecting woolen clothes for your child, you must check if the garment is well treated because if it is not, it can cause skin irritation and rushes. The wool is characterized with difficult liquid absorption and drying, but this is the fabric that is going to provide the best warming for your precious little one during the cold winter months.
Cashmere (goats’ wool) is finer, softer, stronger and lighter fabric. As a contrast to the ordinary wool, the cashmere is thinner and lighter, which makes it the fabric of choice for some parents. The cashmere is washed at lower temperature and in order to avoid its stretching, you have to put it to dry horizontally. Sometimes it is possible for small balls to form on the garment itself.
Talking about light and nice natural fabrics, we must also mention silk and satin (which, in fact is silk, weaved in more specific way). As many of you might know, the silk is produced by small silkworms. Its characteristic features are its stremght and optimal fineness. The silk has zero elasticity and is very smooth. Remember – the natural silk does not generate static electricity. How to make a difference between silk and satin? The satin is shiny only on its front part and its back part is soft and fluffy. In many cases, the satin is mixed with synthetic materials, like nylon and polyester, but still it is offered as pure satin! Of course, during the years, an artificial replacement of the silk was created – the viscose. The viscose is created by natural cellulose threads, that were additionally treated, in the same way as the synthetic fabrics. The viscose is apparently more shiny, compared to the natural silk. The viscose can serve as a replacement not only for silk, but also for cotton and wool. Its advantage is its softness and good absorption characteristics. Remember, when choosing clothes for your child from man-made or natural fabrics, always pay attention to the fabric itself and the way it is treated.

One of the important things which you should consider when buying garments for you child is the fabric they are made of. The following indicators are also quite important: how the fabric is treated, what and how strong are the sews of the garment, how the lining is attached and are the pockets and their seams edged well? The buttons and zippers used for the production of the garment for your little treasure are of equal importance. The price is not always the determining factor for the quality of the garment itself but the chance to acquire a product with proven quality is higher with clothes of more expensive brands.

The fabrics are divided in several types: natural with vegetable origin, natural with animal origin, man-made and synthetic. Among the fabrics with natural origin, the most popular, of course, is The cotton which is most commonly used in the production of baby and kids clothing. For the cotton you should know it is a highly absorbent material, it is prone to creases, but also is easy to be ironed. Among the cotton’s disadvantages is the fact that when washed, it shrinks and looses its shape.

The linen is also among the most popular natural fabrics used for the production of baby and kids clothing with high quality. The linen is more strong than the cotton and among its widely known qualities are its capability to maintain cool feeling during the summer and its lightness. The linen is one of the fabrics that is strongly recommended for the summer clothes of your child. One of the linen disadvantages is that is not sufficiently absorbent and is not very elastic, but due to the above, it does not sustain spots and is easy to be ironed.
