GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE STORE WWW.SALZARRA.COM
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ATELIERE ANGELE EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant", and the users of the online store www.salzarra.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Customers".

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The online store www.salzarra.com provides users with the opportunity to purchase the offered items (clothes and accessories) electronically.
2. By clicking the "Order" button, the client makes an electronic statement, which has the force of a purchase and sale contract according to the Electronic Commerce Act.
3. The site reserves the right to change prices, conditions and content without prior notice, and all changes are published on the site in a timely manner.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
1. All prices are listed in Bulgarian leva (BGN) including VAT.
2. Payment can be made in the following ways:
- Cash on delivery (except for orders over 350 BGN);
- Payment by card;
- Bank transfer to the account of ATELIERE ANGELE EOOD – IBAN: BG76FINV91501017887561.
3. Orders over 350 BGN cannot be paid by cash on delivery, they must be paid by card or bank transfer. Delivery for them is free.
DELIVERY
1. For Bulgaria, deliveries are made with the courier company Speedy.
2. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. Salzarra shipments are not tested and inspected at the courier offices. For complete convenience, try them at home.
3. Indicative delivery prices:
- To Speedy office: 6.20 BGN.
- To address: 9.20 BGN.
*Cash on delivery fee is according to the courier company's rates.
4. Upon sending the order, the customer receives an email confirmation containing the waybill number and tracking information.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
1. The customer has the right to return or exchange a purchased item within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition - unworn, with label and in original packaging.
2. The return is made with an accompanying return form, in which the customer indicates one of the following options:
o Claim (damaged or defective item)
o Exchange for another size/model
o Return and refund
3. The costs of return or exchange are at the expense of the customer, unless an error has been made by the Merchant.
4. The refund of the amount is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods by bank transfer.
PERSONAL ORDERS
1. At the customer's request, an item can be made to individual measurements.
2. For custom-made items, the client should contact us only via email.
3. Individual orders are not subject to return or exchange, except in the case of a defect or non-compliance with the agreement.
PROMOTIONS
1. All campaigns and discount codes are valid according to the terms and conditions published on the site. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
1. The merchant processes the personal data of customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.
2. The data is used solely for order fulfillment and communication with the customer.

APPLICABLE LAW
1. The provisions of Bulgarian legislation shall apply to all unresolved issues.
2. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if impossible - by the competent court of registration of the trader.
